By accessing nustart and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. If there is anything you are unsure about, contact our support team before registering.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the nustart platform, available at nustart.best ("the Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support services offered by nustart. The entity operating nustart is referred to throughout this document as "nustart", "we", "our", or "us".
These Terms apply to all persons who register an account with nustart ("you", "the player", "the member"). By completing the registration process and using any part of the nustart platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and nustart. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the nustart platform.
nustart reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered members via email or a notice on the platform, and continued use of nustart after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at nustart. This is a strict requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. nustart conducts age verification as part of the registration process and may request supporting documents at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
nustart is designed for players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your specific location before registering. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to use nustart.
2.3 Legal Capacity
By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using gambling services.

- You do not have an existing nustart account that has been suspended or closed
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one active account with nustart. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, IP address, device, or household — are a violation of these Terms. If nustart detects multiple accounts associated with the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals or bonuses may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
nustart may request identity documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals or releasing bonuses. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (SSS ID, PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustart username and password. nustart will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact nustart support immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
nustart accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at nustart's discretion.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ₱500
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱50 for GCash/Maya, ₱500 for bank transfers
- Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in the cashier section of your nustart account and may vary by payment method and account verification status
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your nustart wallet instantly upon transaction confirmation. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 1 hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are typically completed the same business day.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
nustart may require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. nustart reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
nustart does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside our control.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on nustart are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). Any deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
nustart offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most nustart bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

- Bets placed from bonus funds do not count toward wagering if they are placed on games excluded from the promotion

5.3 Bonus Abuse
nustart monitors for bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity. Where abuse is detected, nustart reserves the right to void bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them.
5.4 Expiry
All nustart bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the promotion details and in the bonus section of your account.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Bet Acceptance

In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet is considered void and any funds deducted from your balance will be returned. nustart reserves the right to void bets placed during any demonstrable technical malfunction.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.4 Interrupted Games
If a live game is interrupted due to a technical issue on nustart's side, the round will be voided and all bets returned. If the interruption is due to the player's internet connection, the game outcome will stand as it was at the point of disconnection.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nustart platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Creating more than one account per person
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, or exploits to gain unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes
- Using nustart for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Sharing account access with third parties for commercial betting purposes
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using nustart promotional funds
- Exploiting system errors, bugs, or software malfunctions
- Attempting to charge-back legitimate deposits after receiving services

9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by You
You may request account closure at any time by contacting nustart support. Before closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
9.2 Suspension by nustart
nustart may suspend or close your account without prior notice in cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, suspicious betting patterns, suspected underage account, or receipt of a chargeback on a previously accepted deposit.
9.3 Funds on Suspended Accounts
If your account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, nustart reserves the right to retain balance funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established after review, verified funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Limitation of Liability
nustart provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties about the uninterrupted availability of services. nustart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Interruption or unavailability of the nustart platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside our control
- Loss of data, winnings, or game history due to technical malfunctions
- Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
- Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the nustart platform
In all cases where nustart's liability is established, our maximum liability to any single player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
nustart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the nustart platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using nustart and request account closure before the changes take effect.
